Currently she is a lead consultant for Fashion Business Inc, the largest non profit organization dedicated to the growth of new designers.  Through FBI she creates and hosts workshops on business development and marketing at International Trade Shows as well as at FBI’s state of the art facilities located in the LA fashion district. 

Through her company Gloss Marketing she provides business strategy and marketing advisement for celebrity fashion lines, designers of major fashion houses as they launch their own labels, and some of LA’s most famous boutiques. 

Ralinda further uses her expansive network of garment contractors, suppliers, designers, marketers, attorneys and other industry business consultants to connect apparel companies with the resources to help them reach their goals.
